The Balanced Man Plan has been developed and maintained by Logan Cohen (@logan.lovin.life on IG), a Man who has been through many of these trials & tribulations himself personally, as well as through Friends & Loved Ones - some of which did not make it out alive.

 

After over ten years in the field as a Professional Therapist, suicide hotline operator, and wilderness counselor - it is now time to be a larger part of the solution. Our Self-Guided Coaching Plans deliver natural health solutions in the privacy and comfort of Home.

The Core Areas of The Balanced Man Plan provide the foundation of Balance – our “load-bearing walls”. A solid foundation in The Core Areas will set us up for Health & Happiness through the rest of our Life while on the other hand, instability will put the general Health & Happiness of Self & Loved Ones at risk most quickly.

 

The Core Areas of The Balanced Man Plan are Purpose, Physical Health, Emotional Intelligence, Self-Identity, and Family. We must prioritize Core Areas because when they go out of Balance, this will influence the rest of Life and Loved Ones most directly

SUPPORT

The Support Areas of the Balanced Man Plan provide reinforcement. These include Spirituality/Faith, Intimacy/Sex, Friendship, and Financial/Professional Life. While these Support Areas are not as central to Balance as the Core Areas, they have a very important jobs of their own. Support Areas help us maintain Balance in times of transition, instability, or even crisis. If something in our Core starts to swing too hard in one direction, the Support Areas help us course correct - just like the roof of a Home also holds the walls up. If left out of Balance for long enough or if multiple Support Areas are unstable, this can push us off course as well. 


By taking an active and preventative approach whenever possible with these Support Areas, we can make sure that our Life is reinforced so that Balance can be sustained during hard times
